Truffle Mashed Potato with Classic Brown Gravy
If there's ever a quintessential side to have at every festive spread, it just might be mashed potatoes. We're taking it one step further by adding truffles to the mix, alongside our brand new Classic Brown Gravy for the complete experience.
Serves: 4-6 pax
Total Cooking Time: 15 mins (excluding preheating)
Cooking instructions:Ā
- Ensure Truffle Mashed Potatoes are fully thawed.
- Preheat oven to 170Ā°C (approx 10 minutes)
- Place potatoes into a baking tray, cover with foil, and bake for 15 minutes.
- Empty out gravy into a sauce pan. Place onto a stove on medium heat.
- Bring to a boil, while stirring constantly.
Storage Guide: Keep frozen for up to 6 months in the freezer. Once thawed, consume within 2 weeks. Do not refreeze.
Suggested Alternatives: Roast some carrots, onions and celery for a lighter carb to go along with your festive items!

(ii) There will be no deliveries on 22 December & 29 December 2025 (Mondays).
(iii) Our standard delivery schedule is from 12pm to 7pm. It is highly recommended that you select a delivery date ONE DAY BEFORE your scheduled party to ensure that it reaches you in time for feasting.
