It is a classic Cantonese family favourite soup, highly regarded to help reduce internal body heat, making it especially popular for soothing sore throats, relieving internal heatiness, and providing nourishment for your body!
This soup set includes everything you need with all ingredients, marinades and even a step-by-step recipe guide provided! Each set is portion-packed and ready to cook to serve 4 pax, making it perfect for busy families or anyone new to cooking who wants comforting, nourishing, home-style soups without the hassle, all without added MSG nor preservatives!

- Soup Pot (preferably a deep pot with min. 3L capacity)
- Alternatives: Pressure Cookers, Slow Cookers or Claypots
Storage Guide:
- Soup Bone: Keep in the freezer for up to 6 months or 5 days in the chiller
- Old Cucumber: Store uncut in the fridge crisper; once cut, wrap tightly in cling wrap and use within 2–3 days
- Corn: Refrigerate with husk on, in a plastic bag, for best flavour use within 2–3 days
- Dried Goods (Dried Scallops, Seedless Red Dates, Wolfberries): Store dried scallops in an airtight container in the fridge for 6 months to maintain freshness and flavour.
