This mainstay has been our Christmas Market Star since we first launched it, and this time we've shifted to a smaller serving size to make it the perfect cart topper to round off your festive shopping!
Every pack features an entire Iberico Spare Rib Rack, covered in a sticky, sweet and smoky BBQ sauce that will have you licking your fingers with every bite.
Serves: 3-4 pax
Total Cooking Time: 20 minutes (excluding preheating)
Cooking Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (approx 10 minutes)
- Place the Premium Spanish Iberico BBQ Ribs into a pre-heated oven 180°C for 20 minutes
*Temperatures may differ from oven to oven so it’s best to use a meat thermometer, and monitor regularly
Storage Guide: Keep in the freezer for up to 6 months from the date of receipt. Once thawed, consume within 2 weeks. Do not refreeze.

(I) Delivery rates are $10 from 19 December 2025 to 1 January 2026 (excluding Mondays). FREE shipping on all orders above $100 nett before discounts.
(ii) There will be no deliveries on 22 December & 29 December 2025 (Mondays).
(iii) Our standard delivery schedule is from 12pm to 7pm. It is highly recommended that you select a delivery date ONE DAY BEFORE your scheduled party to ensure that it reaches you in time for feasting.
