Double-boiled Osmanthus Peach Gum
A delicate Chinese dessert prized for both its collagen benefits and nourishing qualities.
This rejuvenating dessert soup features peach gum, known for its soft, jelly-like bite, paired with snow-white white fungus (tremella) which gives the broth its naturally silky body. Lightly infused with fragrant osmanthus blossoms, the result is a dessert that is subtly floral, gently sweet and beautifully refreshing. Double-boiled carefully over hours, this process allows for the natural flavours to be extracted while keeping the nutritional value of the ingredients intact.
Often enjoyed as a “beauty dessert”, peach gum is traditionally appreciated for its collagen-supporting properties, making this a dessert that nourishes while it delights.
To cater to smaller families or lighter appetites, we’ve packed these desserts in resealable zip-lock pouches so they can be enjoyed over several sittings.

Serves: 2-4 paxServing Suggestions:Enjoy chilled for a refreshing treat. Can also be lightly warmed. We recommend placing in a water bath to defrost completely or thawing overnight before consumption.
Storage Guide: Frozen up to 12 months. Best consumed within 2–3 days once thawed. Once thawed, do not re-freeze.We will minimally send a product with at least 2 months of use left for best taste and quality.Refer to individual packaging for expiry.
